Peptide Baseline & Monitoring Panel

This comprehensive panel is designed to establish a clear baseline before beginning a peptide protocol and to monitor important physiological markers throughout peptide use.

The panel evaluates thyroid function through TSH to help identify potential trends that may require further thyroid assessment. It also tracks key indicators of metabolic health, inflammation, and glucose regulation to provide a broader understanding of overall systemic balance.

Included biomarkers assess inflammatory response through markers such as CRP and ESR, while metabolic and cardiovascular health are monitored using lipid markers, glucose regulation indicators, and a complete metabolic panel. IGF-1 levels are also measured to evaluate growth factor activity and metabolic pathway response during peptide protocols.

Together, these tests provide valuable insight into metabolic function, inflammation levels, and recovery capacity, helping support informed monitoring throughout a peptide program.

Panel Includes

  • TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone)

  • IGF-1 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1)

  • CRP (C-Reactive Protein)

  • Insulin

  • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

  • CMP (Complete Metabolic Panel)

  • CBC (Complete Blood Count with Differential)

  • Lipid Panel

  • C-Peptide

  • HbA1c (Hemoglobin A1c)

Preparation Guidelines

For optimal accuracy, this lab test should be completed after 8–12 hours of fasting. Drinking water during the fasting period is encouraged to maintain proper hydration before testing.
