TRT Follow-Up Panel

This panel is designed as a recommended follow-up test 8–12 weeks after starting a testosterone protocol or after adjusting dosage levels. It helps monitor hormone balance and key health markers associated with testosterone therapy.

The test evaluates total testosterone levels, estradiol balance, and important hematology markers related to blood health and viscosity. By reviewing these biomarkers, the panel helps track hormonal response, aromatization rates, and overall physiological adaptation following a testosterone protocol.

This panel is commonly used to assess progress and ensure hormone levels remain within the desired target range after therapy adjustments.

• CBC (Complete Blood Count / Hematology)

• Testosterone

• Estradiol

Testing Options

• Standard Test: Testosterone (1500 ng/dL cap) with Standard Estradiol

• Ultra-Sensitive Test: Testosterone (No cap) with Ultra-Sensitive Estradiol

Testing Guidelines

Fasting is not required for this lab; however, proper hydration is recommended prior to testing.

For more consistent monitoring:

• Males are typically advised to test at trough levels (the lowest point before the next dose).

• Females are generally advised to test at peak serum levels.

For accurate records, it is recommended to note the time of your last injection or administration before completing the test.
